What Percent of Fat You Are Really Getting?

Here’s an interesting insight into the ‘truth in labeling’ and interpreting the nutrition labels on food packages. This is a very educational video to watch. We aren’t getting a clear picture from our food labels to be sure! Good stuff to know if you really are watching your percent of fat per servings or per calories, but best just to keep in mind the less processed food we eat the more control we have over what goes into our bodies.
